Here are actual complaints of constituted crimes, incitement of crimes, and requests for rescue and relief through proper and official execution of law to obtain equal protection of law from a victimized witness of unlawfully practiced and patterned heinous atrocities that are crimes against humanity a seditious conspiracy and a conspiracy against rights. The official mandatory rescue and relief from the United States has never came. This failure to execute the law has placed the United States directly involved in criminally abusing me. That is a 100% true and correct statement. Also, trafficking of human service, a form of slavery, forced labor, and involuntary servitude. A depraved preplanned and premeditated conspiracy of stalking using unlawful surveillance with criminal intent to incite others to terrorize, enslave, injure, harass, and torture. Because of the unlawful physical control of people from other people their criminal abuse of directed energy technologies invovled in sciences at unwilling participants and non conbatants, it is war crimes involving devices that unlawfully interact and interface unwilling individual United States Nationals. This results in a grave breach of international conventions, covenants, and law and it is happening in Our Homeland. That is TERRORISM IN OUR HOMELAND OF THE UNITED STATES IN THE NAME OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY.
